Installing
You do not have to install any components written by the author of the Buteyko StopWatch. Just unzip the Buteyko.zip file and run StopWatch.exe. However, you will need to have registered certain components from Microsoft. On most computers, these components will allready be available, because they are standard Windows components which will have been installed together with your operating system (Windows). The newer your version of Windows is, the higher the chance that you can run the Buteyko StopWatch without problems. The components which are needed are:
